    <summary type="html">No matter where you're at in your spinning, I recommend Nick Woolsey's "Scales of Poi." I think his latest new one is supposed to be even better, but I like the classics.&#xD;
&#xD;
While voi can "look beautiful" I have not like many of the videos I've seen and have seen many people who start out with that discipline fall into some nasty nasty traps and habits that they can never climb out of. They finish the video, develop a style, and never improve. (thinks it should be called the 3-beat hole)</summary>

    <summary type="html">Does anyone here have any experience with this particular dvd? I want to learn poi, and love the look of voi, so this particular dvd seems like it would be a good buy. &#xD;

So, I guess I'm asking if it's any good or not and what else you might recommend if it's not.&#xD;
